THE death of actor Mcmillian Themba Masoka has left his family shattered, according to his brother.

The owner and founder of Basani Cleaners tragically died on Sunday, 7 April, in a car accident, involving his vehicle and a truck.

The brother of the 42-year-old TV executive producer, Bonga Masoka said they are not coping as a family.

“It’s difficult for everyone. We are struggling to accept it. Not only the family, but everyone who knew him. McMillan is the last person we never thought he'd pass on. He was life personified. He lived to exemplify the humanity in us. He only knew how to love and give,” he said.

Bonga said they will always remember the role Themba played in their lives.

“We will remember him as a loving father, a dreamer, an explorer, and the best brother to everyone,” he said.

In a statement released by the family, they said McMillan's untimely death left a profound void in their lives and in the hearts of all who knew him.

“He will be fondly remembered as a dedicated enabler in business, someone who consistently extended himself to ensure the well-being of others as well as a fond lover of his children,” they said.

The family expressed gratitude for the support and condolences offered during this difficult time, acknowledging the comfort it has provided as they navigate their grief.

“Your kindness has been a source of comfort as we navigate through our grief may you continue to keep us in your prayers,” they said.

They said Mcmillan was a selfless man who always put others first and opened doors for many people.

As a leader and entrepreneur, he spoke about his life whenever he got time on Facebook.

The family said that they will bid their final farewells to him on Saturday at his home at Letlhabile in Brits, North West.
