PROVIDENT FUND FINALLY PAYS SIPHO

accreditation

THE FACTS

SIPHO Dlamini from Braamfischerville, Soweto was hired as a supervisor at Alf’s Tippers.

He was dismissed in 2014 after he had a disagreement with his employer.

He lodged a claim for his provident fund money in 2015, but has still not been paid.

Sipho came to the SunDefender for help.

WHAT I DID

I spoke to the Road Freight and Logistics Provident Fund to find out what was going on.

SOLUTION

An agent from the fund contacted Sipho and advised him to come and sign for his money. Sipho called the SunDefender to confirm the fund finally paid him out R12 300.
