INGREDIENTS
Two large potatoes, boiled until soft
500g mince
100ml oats
One onion, grated
15ml chutney
5ml soy sauce
25ml chopped parsley
One egg
Salt
Pepper
Cake flour
Patty preparation
- Mash potatoes and add mince. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients except cake flour. Season with salt and pepper.
- Shape into flat hamburger patties and roll in cake flour.
- Freeze until needed
Cooking methods
- Fry in heated oil until done
- Preheat the oven to 180 ºC, arrange the patties on lightly greased baking sheets and bake for 20 minutes, or until pale brown. Turn patties, bake for another 20 minutes, or until pale brown. – FOOD24
