DUMI MASILELA'S aunt has reportedly collapsed and died from shock on hearing the news that her nephew had died.

Rhythm City publicist Mpumi Phillips told Move Mag that Masilela’s aunt had died after receiving news of his death. The family did not want to release her name at this time.
Masilela, a South African singer, actor and former soccer player best known for his role as 23-year-old street kid Sifiso Ngema, died in an attempted car hijacking last night.
Police spokesperson Captain Kay Makhubele told News24 that Masilela and a friend had been parked on the side of the road in a Golf 7 when a black Jeep approached them.
The 29-year-old and his passenger realised that their lives might be in danger and fled the scene.
The black Jeep gave chase and opened fire on the Golf 7.
Masilela got married to actress Simphiwe Ngema two months ago.
