IT-girl Khanyi Mbau and her boo, Tebogo Lerole, have been together for 8 years.
The couple started dating in 2009 and although many thought they wouldn’t last long, they seem to be going stronger and stronger.
In fact, the relationship is so strong that rumours of the pair being engaged are always doing the rounds.
Khanyi turned 32 over the weekend and of course, her bae surprised her with a fabulous dinner and a night out.
Tebogo whisked Khanyi and her closest circle of friends and family off to Cape Town, where they had dinner at The 41 in Camps Bay.
Khanyi was so happy with her weekend, she took to social media to gush over her boyfriend.
“Every year you give me a thousand reasons why I am still here doing this with you... not easy, not all days are rosy but yesterday you made me understand why it has all been worth it,” she said.
Khanyi also thanked Tebogo for flying her dad to the Mother City and, as she put it, for introducing himself as "the one" in her life every day.
“You have bathed me in belonging , tested my faith but always feed my soul with hope every year as I become one with you,” she said.
