According to Page Six, Kim Kardashian-West wants out of the marriage and has hired a divorce lawyer, Laura Wasser to help with the process.

“They are keeping it low-key but they are done,” a source told the publication before revealing that the couple were living in separate homes during the holiday season.

“Kim got Kanye to go up there (his R215 million Wyoming ranch) so they could live separate lives and quietly get things sorted out to separate and divorce. She’s done,” the source added.

But according to E! News, Kim is yet to officially file for divorce because she’s worried about how the divorce will affect their four children (North West, Saint West, Chicago West and Psalm West).

“It's not about the marriage anymore, she'll always care for Kanye but it's over between them. Kim is only focused on what's best for the kids. It's a tough decision for her and she's figuring it out,” and insider revealed to the publication.

However, the pair’s marriage has not been a smooth one. Over the years reports of problems in their union have surfaced.

“The mere thought of his wife being taken from him was too much, it was like his mother’s death,” the insider said.
