What a year she’s had but now this calls for a celebration.
Former Real Housewives of Durban star Londiwe ‘Londie London’ Zulu recently celebrated her daughter’s first birthday in a butterfly themed soirée on 5 August 2023.
Her daughter Bomikazi Sbani Nkosi, affectionately known as Bomi, is Londie and Hlubi Nkosi’s second child. The two have a son, Uminathi Sibusiso Nkosi, age two.
The singer shared images from Bomikazi’s intimate celebration attended by friends and family, including the likes of Zola Ayabulela Mhlongo and more to commemorate this milestone.
“We celebrated [Bomikazi] yesterday at our home with close friends. And what a beautiful day it was. Thank you to everyone that came through and made it extra special,” Londie writes on Instagram. In the series of photos shared, she and her daughter are seen in matching purple ensembles from Tap Buttons Clothing.

The butterfly-themed birthday party was designed by Andimahle Building Events, which is owned by multi-award-winning event planner Londy Precious Ndwandwe, who came perfectly on theme with a purple two-piece set. The décor included a seating section for the little ones and another one for the mommies. The kids' section had bowed accent chairs and a floral table décor with balloons and 3D butterfly structure as a backdrop and a stall with all the goodies.
Celebrating ample milestones, Londie London’s fans won’t have to wait long anymore as the singer will be releasing new music soon. Taking it to social media, she announced that there’s new music in the works featuring the Amapiano hitmaker Dj Maphorisa and Yumbs that will be released in August 2023.
Earlier this year, the reality TV star launched The Londie London Braid, making her wear many hats as a singer, businesswoman and more. She collaborated with Afrotex Prima Afro in order to release her hair brand.
