Although 1Magic’s The River is on its last chapter with the sixth and final season, it's still packed with drama, love and everything in between.
Mzansi’s favourite onscreen villain Lindiwe Dikana (played by Sindi Dlathu) is now officially Lindiwe Zwane after tying the knot with businessman Bangizwe Zwane (played by Siyabonga Thwala).
In a two-part wedding special that began with Friday’s episode on 18 August 2023 and is continuing on Monday 21 August 2023, the couple celebrate their love in a breathtaking ceremony straight out of a fairytale.

Shot at the exquisite garden venue Shepstone Gardens in Johannesburg, the striking décor consisting of sleek black chairs and red roses is a perfect match for the power couple who were serenaded by the melodic voices of the all-male choir Veni Cantare.
Lindiwe stepped out in two designer gowns, the first by famed couture brand Scalo Designer and the second by Antherline Couture.
Both looks represented Lindiwe’s fierce demeanor to a tee with an elegant fusion of African chic and Bangizwe matched her energy in a dapper all black tailored suit.
Friends and family of the onscreen couple came dressed to the nines to witness their union after Lindiwe's former partner Zweli Dikana's (played by Hlomla Dandala) exit after five seasons.
