Closing off the summer holiday season, Hellen Motsuki who plays the role of hospital receptionist Melita on Skeem Saam, headed to Bali for a dreamy family vacation.
Looking stylish in colourful swimwear and summer dresses, Hellen shared some highlights of her trip with fans.
Sipping on coconuts alongside the beach, having tranquil yoga sessions in the wee hours of the morning and immersing herself in the beautiful island of Bali, we got to see some of Hellen's exhilarating moments.
Besides taking a break from shooting scenes and attending events and interviews, Hellen got to spend quality time with her family. Hellen shared a heartfelt message to her husband where she appreciated the continuous love and support she received from him as they celebrated their anniversary.
She writes in a caption, "Thank you for allowing me to be myself fully. I look up to you my coach. I will marry you all over again my love."
Having to play her role of Melita on Skeem Saam, Hellen told TRUELOVE that she had to give more of herself to the character and that meant spending less time with her family.

"I sat my family down and I let them know the storyline that I'm carrying right now, and I asked them to give me a chance to just work on this," Hellen stated as she explained how she would only dedicate one hour to connect with her family every day after work then go into her study and continue working.
"And I thank God that my family gave me that space to thrive and they never felt intimated and they never felt I'm not there. I was actually the one who felt, eish, ja now I miss my family," Hellen further alluded.
Melita's affair with Mr Kgomo on the show has now come to an end and we are intrigued about what other exciting roles Hellen will be taking that will keep us glued to our TV screens. But, for now, we enjoy seeing her unwind, spend time with loved ones and travel the world.
