Where do you draw inspiration for your looks?

From many people, places, how I feel and Pinterest.

How would you describe your makeup style?

Abstract and fun.

Do you usually do your own looks? Tips on how to do easy makeup on the go?

Yes. Make sure your skin is prepped properly, light foundation, contour powder or creams, blend nicely, blush, highlight, mascara (my brows are thick, so I just brush them up), lip gloss then setting spray.

How does your style complement your fashion style?

I literally think of a makeup look before I think of what to wear so the influence is real. A good face inspires the 'fit. I can’t say that I have a specific fashion style at the moment, I really go with the flow but when I have makeup on, I make sure the 'fit complements it.

What is a makeup trend that you used to love but now you hate?

I don’t hate any, there’s still so many that I need to try except the thin brow trend, but I really don’t hate any of the trends.

What products to use?

Fenty everything. I love how the product treats my skin and how they just melt and stay long on my face. I’m obsessed.

What is your favourite makeup look you’ve ever done?

My Durban July 2023 look, I did some gold body paint. The aim was to look like a star and I believe Thandekile Gumede nailed it.

What is the most underrated makeup product you own?

Primer. It’s one of the first steps, I can never skip it and not a lot of people know the benefits.

What do you hope to see more of in makeup’s future?

SPF in foundations and more waterproof or sweat proof setting spray.
