What's the story?
Will Still is one of Europe's hottest coaching prodigy's at the moment and is tearing it up with his Reims side at the moment.
He grew up playing Football Manager and he admitted the he became "obsessed" with the game and that it's part of what he does everyday at Reims.

Will Still: Real life Football Manager
Belgian-English coach Will Still has blown Ligue 1 away this season, with his Reims side that currently sit fifth in the league, notching up 14 wins in 25 games.
Still is a Football Manager success story. He translated what he learnt in the PC game to what he does in real life as a manager.
As stated by AS and the Coaches Voice, Still switched from playing to coaching at 17 when he started playing Football Manager at a more serious level.
The game created such an impact on him that he quit playing football and decided to study at Myerscough College to become a coach, and went to take charge of Preston North-End's under-14 side.

After returning to Belgium, worked his way up from a videographer Sint-Truiden to becoming a head coach at Belgium's lower league side, Lierse.
He then became an assistant coach to Oscar Garcia at Reims, and took over permanently before the World Cup.
In an interview with the Coaches Voice, he revealed that he started playing Football Manager at around the age of 8-years-old.
"There is nothing better than choosing or picking your team, doing your line-up, setting the training schedule out and playing that game, even if it's virtual.
"So yeah, indirectly it must have had some sort of an impact somewhere down the line, because it's basically what I do day-in-and-day-out now," says Still.
He hasn't managed to play Football Manager since taking over at Reims but revealed that he often starts a career with Premier League outfit West Ham United when he gets the chance to play.
