A bus carrying TS Galaxy players and members of the technical team was involved in an accident.
The accident happened on the N4/Schoemanskloof road on Tuesday afternoon after the bus collided with a Volkswagen Polo.

The Rockets were on their way to Mpumalanga for their eagerly awaited DStv Premiership clash with defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns at Mbombela Stadium on Wednesday evening.

While it is believed that none of the passengers on the bus sustained injuries, the driver of the other vehicle sadly lost his life, according to eyewitnesses.
“I was talking to people at TS Galaxy just now and they confirmed that their team bus was involved in an accident this afternoon. It is sad because the person who was on the other vehicle passed away. The team was travelling to Mbombela for their game against Sundowns tomorrow,” said the source.
