It's been a difficult first season for Phathutshedzo Nange at SuperSport United, but head coach Gavin Hunt has explained the difficulty faced by the midfielder at the club since joining them.
Nange was released by Amakhosi at the end of last season, after making just five appearances in all competitions under former Chiefs coach Arthur Zwane in 2022/23.

That lack of game time had a negative impact on the former Black Leopards and Stellenbosch FC midfielder, as he struggled to hit the ground running at SuperSport.
As a result, he has not been able to win a regular place in central midfield for the club, with the likes of Siphesihle Ndlovu, Grant Margeman and club development product Gape Moralo.
The 32-year-old has made 11 appearances in all competitions for SuperSport this season, five of which have come in the Premiership.
He is expected to make an appearance this weekend when SuperSport take on Egyptian side Future FC in the CAF Confederation Cup penultimate group match.
"He is a good professional, but his condition was bad because he didn't play (much). He was out for a long time and obviously he just has not cracked in the team," Hunt said to the Siya crew.

"He works hard and he plays in Africa (Confederation Cup). He will play on Sunday."
Nange has a contract until the end of June 2025, but the club is expected to analyse his situation and make a decision on whether to keep him or not beyond this campaign.
