Orlando Pirates could be set to unleash star midfielder Thembinkosi ‘Nyoso’ Lorch as the team will aim to increase their chances of making further progress in the 2023/24 season.
So far in the campaign, Lorch hasn’t featured in any matches due to a latest injury which delayed his progress.

Last season, Lorch featured in 12 matches in the DStv Premiership and scored one goal, while his other three strikes were in the Nedbank Cup from four appearances, having been affected on his progress earlier in the campaign by a knee injury.
With the league currently in recess due to the FIFA calendar, indications are that the 30-year-old could be one of the players in the race for a return for Bucs when club football resumes mid-September.
“The boy (Lorch) is working and itching for his return and is still as committed as he has always been,” said the source.
