Orlando Pirates may get an advantage in the CAF Champions League second preliminary round given the challenges faced by their opponents Jwaneng Galaxy.
Pirates qualified for the second preliminary round after thrashing Djabal Club 4-0 on aggregate in the first preliminary round and will come up against Botswana champions Galaxy in the second preliminary round, first-leg on Sunday afternoon in Gaborone.

The Buccaneers could have a significant advantage over Galaxy, as the league in Botswana is yet to start since it ended in June and its resumption has been halted by administrative issues.
In contrast, the Soweto giants have much better match sharpness having played five league games and two domestic cup games already.
Former Cape Town Spurs and SuperSport United midfielder Diphetogo "Dipsey" Selolwane says Galaxy head coach Morena Ramoreboli has done well at the club but raised his concerns about the challenge of the Botswana Premier League not yet starting this season.
"He (Ramoreboli) has done amazing work, he has won the league, even in the previous season he was also contending. He has put together a good team and they've been playing in Africa, the guys have been getting experience," Selolwane, a former Botswana international said on Radio 2000.
"Pirates look good now, it looks like they have a lot of energy.
"(But) our league has not even started yet, a bit of administrative issues but I believe it will start next month, so the players will have to suck it up and try to have these mini tournaments to give themselves match practice before the league starts," he said.
Selolwane added that the Buccaneers could catch Galaxy cold as a result.
"Yes definitely, catch them cold and teach us a lesson about setting our standard and sticking to what we said we're gonna do," he said.
The Sea Robbers will also have one eye on their upcoming DStv Premiership clash next Wednesday against leaders and rivals Mamelodi Sundowns, who have won all their league games so far.
