Domingo was part of the influx of players that joined Sundowns in 2020, following the sale of Bidvest Wits where he was a key figure in coach Gavin Hunt's plans.
While his first season at the club was a learning curve, Domingo grew in stature in his second and third seasons at Chloorkop and the trophies followed.
He managed an impressive haul of five trophies with Sundowns, which includes three consecutive league titles.
On Monday, Moroccan publication 532Off confirmed that the former Ajax Cape Town man has penned a two-year deal with Raja Casablanca, who have recently enlisted the services of former Orlando Pirates coach, Josef Zinnbauer.
Domingo follows in the footsteps of Percy Tau and Fagrie Lakay who ply their trade in North Africa for Al Ahly and Pyramids FC respectively.
He leaves Sundowns having made 57 appearances with five goals and six assists to his name.
