Former Kaizer Chiefs star Junior Khanye believes that Khama Billiat was affected by the so-called ‘spiritual problem’ at Amakhosi in not getting a club in the PSL.

Billiat has signed for Yadah Stars FC in Zimbabwe to revive his career after struggling to get a club in the DStv Premiership since leaving Chiefs at the end of his contract in June last year.

“With regards to Khama Billiat going back to Zimbabwe for a new club, I would say that the spiritual problem at Kaizer Chiefs that I was talking about is also affecting the players. I know Khama and he is a good player but you can’t tell me that he couldn’t find a club in the PSL. But I wish him everything of the best in his new club,” Khanye told the Siya crew.

Khanye had detailed the "spiritual problem" at Chiefs during his previous interview with Soccer Laduma.
