The 25-year-old is expected to lead the French giants' attack as they prepare to take on the Catalan side in their two-legged last eight tie, which starts on Wednesday in Paris.
With six goals, Mbappe is tied with Antoine Griezmann, Harry Kane and Erling Haaland as the top scorer in Europe's elite club competition this season.
Speaking ahead of the first leg, the France captain, who is yet to win the Champions League, insisted he will not be shying away from the action.
"I am ready and, as always, I am not going to hide," he told Telefoot.
"Seeing the dynamic we have, I'm sure we're going to give it our all, then the result... It's in God's hands.
"Like every year, we enter the crucial period of the season. At the end of April, we will already have elements to know what kind of season we will be able to have."
Mbappe has scored 46 goals in the tournament since bursting on to the scene at Monaco. Six of them came for his former club, while the other 40 were scored for PSG.
