Pitso Mosimane got his first win as head coach of Abha Club, with a former Paris Saint-Germain starring on Friday night.

Abha dropped points in Mosimane's first two games in charge, but have now picked up their first win after defeating Al-Tai.

Former PSG midfielder Grzegorz Krychowiak netted a goal in each half to seal maximum points for the home side.

As a result, the win takes Mosimane's charges up to 17th spot but they are now only two points adrift of safety.

The match was basically a six-pointer, as Abha are also level on points with Al-Tai and have played the same number of matches.

Mosimane's charges will be back in action next weekend when they take on Steven Gerrard's Al-Ettifaq, who have endured a mixed bag of form recently.
