The South Africa international netted his second successive double in the Egyptian Premier League as the Red Devils secured a 3-1 win over Ismaily on Sunday to maintain their 100% start to the new campaign.
The Witbank native also grabbed Man of the Match honours as he continues to illustrate his prominence within the team.
While the Bafana Bafana attacker has showcased his quality already this season, there have been other players who have also stepped up for the Swiss tactician.
One of them is new signing Emam Ashour, and having assisted two goals on his debut, his second appearance in the league for the team was cut short after he suffered an injury in the first half against Ismaily, something Koller has lamented.
The 62-year-old expressed his discontent with the midfielder's knock, but also suggested that the game was much tougher than what the scoreline suggested.
"Although the result is great, it does not reflect the course of the match. I am very sad about replacing Emam in the first half due to injury, and I hope he is in good health," the 2022/23 CAF Champions League-winning manager said after the game, as per Yallakora.
"We are Al Ahly and it has a big name, but we must make every effort to perform well, and Ismaily was a strong opponent in today's match.

"We had some problems in the first half, and Ismaily scored a goal due to recklessness. We do not have defensive problems, and if there were defensive problems, we would have lost the match."
