Cameroonian national team head coach Rigobert Song had admitted that he is open to welcoming Inter Milan star Andre Onana back, but only on one condition.

Ahead of Cameroon’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Namibia in Yaounde, the Indomitable Lions' coach gave his verdict on whether or not the former La Masia shotstopper would be welcomed back into the national team fold.
The 26-year-old travelled with the west African outfit to the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar and played their first game against Switzerland but would be dropped from the team after a reported disagreement with Song and other members of the coaching staff.
Shortly after his omission, Onana retired from international football. When asked about the issue with the ex-Ajax Amsterdam goalkeeper, the legendary central defender said it is possible for him to return if he puts the team first.
"The door to the national team remains open for Onana," he said, as per FCInter08.
"But he has to understand what he wants.
"Discipline is needed in a group, it’s up to him to become aware of that.

"He must respect the rules of the team because that’s my priority.
"He’s one of the best goalkeepers in the world but I can’t focus on individuals ahead of the collective."
