Away from football, Sweswe has been seen travelling to places like Paris in France and exploring Zimbabwe's biggest tourist attraction, the Victoria Falls.

Sweswe still maintains a footballer's physique and maintains it through road running. The former defender has completed the Soweto Marathon and the grueling Old Mutual Marathon in Harare, where he completed 42.40 kilometers in his best time.
