Mashego finds peace in nature
Despite becoming a DStv Premiership winner with Masandawana in his debut season, it wasn't the happiest campaign for Terrence Mashego, who only managed to make nine league appearances due to his injury troubles.
With those niggles hopefully behind him, Mashego has been exploring the best South Africa's nature has to offer after visiting one of the most beautiful forest trails in Mpumalanga.
Although he put Zimbabwe as his location, Mashego visited the Graskop Gorge's Afromontane Forest.
The forest is accessed through the Graskop Gorge Lift Company, which offers a 51-metre viewing lift, which takes visitors down the face of the gorge into the Afromontane Forest below.

As mentioned by the Graskop Gorge site, the Afromontane forests cover 0.5% of the SA's land area and features stunning mountain ranges in well-watered areas, including ravines, slopes and under the vivid green canopy of trees lies a lush wonderland filled with a variety of plants, animals, insects and birds.
The ideal nature getaway for any baller wanting to escape the season's stress, while also keeping their bodies active in preparation for pre-season.
