Popular football personal trainer Vusi Hlabangwana recently shared a video of him training Orlando Pirates midfielder, Phillip Ndlondlo.
Hlabangwana burst onto the scene working with Khune and has now helped out a host of ballers with some extra training.

Ndlondlo gets Black Vrecka treatment
Shared on Instagram today as well as five days ago, trainer Black Vreka posted videos of Pirates midfielder Phillip Ndlondlo doing some intensive drills, in his Marumo Gallants kit.
It's not clear whether or not the Ndlondlo's choice of kit shows that it's an old video or not, but either way, training with "Mavreka" will only help Ndlondlo maintain high levels at the Buccaneers.

Hlabangwana has an extensive client list of ballers that starts with Kaizer Chiefs veteran Itumeleng Khune and prodigal midfielder Mduduzi Shabalala, who broke through into Amakhosi's first team during the recently concluded 2023/24 campaign.
The grey-bearded and tatted-up trainer is full of life and proves to be a good motivational outlet for the DStv's Premiership's biggest stars such as Thembinkosi Lorch, who he helped nurse back to health after his injury late last year.
The trainer, who's very active on socials boasts the likes of Sundowns ballers Themba Zwane and Sphelele Mkhulise, AmaZulu stars Lehlohonolo Majoro, George Maluleka, and Ramahlwe Mphahlele, as well as Kabelo Dlamini.
