The ex-Kaizer Chiefs striker said in his post-surgery statement that he'll be seen on the field of play soon, dismissing the thought of this major injury being the end of his career.

While he recovers from the leg break, McKenzie and Kunene visited Parker to not only encourage him but also to promote his new book.

"We went to visit @bernard_parker_25 at his home in Boksburg. I pray for the speedy healing of this Legend. Please buy his Book titled FROM A SHACK TO DESTINY Bernard Parker DIE HOND," said Kunene on IG.

Parker shared the same pictures that Kenny Kunene posted on Instagram, thanking him and Gayton McKenzie for showing him love and support during this difficult period in his career:

"OneLove!! Thank you for the visit fam," wrote the veteran striker.
