Buccaneers baller Makaringe was shooting some hoops in Alexandra for a basketball court unveiling.
The event was put together by the NBA's global social responsibility programme and Makaringe was on hand to show support for the charitable course.

Makaringe at NBA event
Pirates' lanky midfielder made an appearance at the NBA Cares event where they unveiled a new basketball court that will serve the community of Alexandra.
The NBA is the biggest basketball league in the world and they've been making a conscious effort to grow the game on the African continent.

Makaringe rubbed shoulders with NBA players and Los Angeles Lakers coach Darvin Ham, who shared their expertise with young basketball players in the Alex community.
