Willard Katsande recently turned 37 and celebrated his special day at a picturesque Zimbabwean holiday lodge.
The retired ex-Kaizer Chiefs and Sekhukhune United midfielder took to Instagram to share a reel of the accommodation that him and his wife were staying in, and promised to return to the lodge in the future.

Willard Katsande's Zim holiday
Katsande celebrated his birthday in style at the Musangano Lodge in the Eastern Highlands of Zimbabwe, three hours away from Harare.
Travelling with his better half, Katsande seemed to enjoy his stay at the tranquil lodge that includes spectacular scenery of the Zimbabwe's endless green hills and hovering trees.
"Visitors soon fall under its spell because of its serene and peaceful atmosphere, charming accommodation, superb cuisine, and stunning views, which invite to linger and unwind," states the Musangano Lodge website, and that clearly rang true to Katsande who says he'll revisit the place in the future.
Mr and Mrs Katsande stayed in one of the thatch-roofed chalets and took the opportunity to bask in their surroundings by going on what looked like a hike.

The duo were dripped out in Boss Ya Mboka clothing and Katsande took the opportunity to thank the accommodation for making his birthday a memorable one:
"Thank you @musanganolodge for having us as Boss Ya Mboka. Thoroughly enjoyed my birthday stay with you no doubt. Thank you for the wishes from all of you, much appreciated. Thank you to the staff as a whole. The hospitality was on point. The food was great, the atmosphere was so relaxing. Definitely the place to be if you want some peace of mind. So refreshing."
