"Joselu joined Real Madrid's youth academy at the age of 20 and played two seasons with Castilla, making his first-team debut for Real Madrid in 2011.
"Joselu is a Spanish international, having just won the 2023 Nations League with his country.

The Spain striker becomes Real's newest confirmed signing after their recent acquisitions of Fran Garcia from Rayo Vallecano and Jude Bellingham on a six-year deal from Borussia Dortmund.
It is reported that Los Blancos will pay a €500 000 (R9.9 million) loan fee to Espanyol, with the deal also including a €1.5 million (R29.8 million) option to make the move permanent in July 2024.
The transfer comes off the back of a stellar campaign for the 33-year-old, who scored 16 times in LaLiga last season, the third-most goals behind only Spanish top-flight Golden Boot winner Robert Lewandowski of FC Barcelona and Karim Benzema.
