Cristiano Ronaldo is reportedly set to receive an eye-watering contract offer following his exit from Manchester United.
Earlier this week, the Red Devils mutually terminated the Portuguese forward's deal, which had been set to expire at the end of this season, in a dramatic departure that saw the footballer lose out on about £17 million (R348 million) in expected earnings in the process.

A number of clubs have been linked with a move for the striker since, including Chelsea and Fiorentina.
Ronaldo was reportedly the subject of a massive offer from the Middle East during the most recent transfer window, with Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal said to have offered him a deal worth a massive £208 million (R4.2 billion) for just two seasons, but the five-time Ballon d'Or winner turned it down in the hopes of joining a club still in the UEFA Champions League.
According to Marca, however, another Saudi Arabian side, Al-Nassr, is set to make a similar offer to Al-Hilal's in order to persuade Ronaldo to make the move.
Just like Newcastle United, Al-Nassr are owned by the Saudi Arabia Public Investment Fund and owner Prince Faisal Bin Turki is understood to be determined to sign the veteran.

The club, which is currently second in the Saudi Pro League, already has a host of players who used to play in Europe on their books, including former Arsenal goalkeeper David Ospina, Brazil midfielder Luiz Gustavo and Cameroon striker Vincent Aboubakar.
