Jurgen Klopp's side currently find themselves in seventh position on the Premier League table, just 10 months after they were in serious contention for an unprecedented quadruple.
Despite their poor campaign to date, one of the Merseyside club's shining lights has been Salah, who has accumulated 19 goals and nine assists this season.
However, even with his contributions, the 30-year-old has been criticised by many for failing to deliver to the same standards he set in previous campaigns.
Spanish publication Fichajes are now reporting that Liverpool are ready to sell Salah at the end of this season, with an overhaul set to take place.
It is said the African star will be one of a number of high-profile names that will be moved on ahead of next season.
The report adds that Salah would also be open to departing Anfield for the opportunity to continue playing in the UEFA Champions League.
According to Football Insider, Paris Saint-Germain are willing to pay €80 million (R1.5 billion) for the forward, whose Reds contract expires in 2025.

Salah's exit at the end of this campaign would come as a surprise for many considering that he signed a new deal with the Merseysiders in July 2022.
UPDATE: The Egyptian's agent Ramy Abbas has since responded, taking to Twitter to write that reports suggesting that the forward is set to leave if Liverpool don't qualify for next season's UCL are "nonsense".
