TS Galaxy players are reportedly regretting the decision to negotiate with the club's management over alleged unpaid salaries.

According to Safpu vice president Tebo Monyai, the players have again approached the union to assist in their battle over financial issues.

"When the secretary-general and president went to see them two weeks ago, they addressed them after training," Monyai tells KickOff.

"Some players came out and said they were paid.

"While others said the club informed them they would be paid in two weeks' time.

"All was fine. We agreed. But now the club didn't come to the party.

"So now we are back at square one, we are fighting this thing again.

"It's within the players of their rights to come to the union, remember we listen to the players.

"If a player tells us to wait until a certain date, we wait.

"If the player comes back to us now and says no these people didn't pay me like it's happening with Galaxy right now, we take the matter forward.

"If players ask us to refer the matter to the DRC, then the money will come from the PSL grant, and you get all your monies.

"What Tim [Sukazi] does is there are certain players who play regularly, he pays those players maybe half or so of their salaries.

"And those who are not featuring for the squad at all, he does not pay them.

"There are two issues we are dealing with here, we deal with issues of non-payment completely of a few players, and we are also dealing with half payments that were paid to the players but not in full.

"So what's happening now, we are waiting for our members to give us an instruction.

"We have given TS Galaxy up until the end of today which is Monday, then after today we will decide with the players where we taking the matter now.

"We will force the team to pay the money by hook or crook."

Galaxy president could not be reached on his phone.
