Royal AM boss Shauwn Mkhize never ceases to amaze, as she was spotted in a R6.9 million Mercedes-Maybach luxury limousine. Here's a look.
The story
The bubbly club owner attended a wedding this past weekend and she once again made sure to catch the eye as she arrived in an exclusive luxury car, a Mercedes-Maybach S680 Edition 100.
According to the Mail & Guardian, this elite vehicle was unveiled in 2021 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the luxury nameplate.
"Limited to a small production run of 100 units worldwide, South Africa only received one unit, which went under the hammer over at the Mercedes-Benz Sandton dealership."

The publication also states that in September this year, "its new rightful owner bought it for roughly R6.95-million — about R3-million more than the original listed price — and all the profits from the auction would be donated to the Gift of the Givers Foundation."
Now, with the knowledge that only one unit was sold in South Africa, it seems fair to speculate that Mkhize could as well be the unnamed buyer of the ride given that she is the one who has been spotted with it. Or perhaps, she could have hired it from the owner for her special wedding occasion.

Upon its introduction in the South African market, Mercedes described the vehicle "a compilation of the finest quality materials, phenomenal craftsmanship, incomparable comfort, and state-of-the-art technology that elevate your journey to a new level of driving,” according to Top Auto.
It is available in two variations; the V8 S580 and V12 S680, going at a price of R3 507 000 and R4 454 000, respectively.
