Reigning DStv Premiership champions Mamelodi Sundowns have release unveiled a crisp fanwear collection with their outfitter PUMA just in time ahead of the festive season.

The story

Club football is fast approaching a break due to the upcoming 2022 FIFA World Cup starting on 20 November. This weekend is set to be the last round of league matches and the season will resume on 7 January next year.

We imagine that fans won't be too bored without seeing their favourite domestic teams play, one can bet that the showpiece in Qatar will keep them fixated on the action until 18 December.

Sundowns have decided to distract their supporters with some seriously cool fanwear. Given that the festive season often comes with doing a lot of shopping, or retail therapy for those who've been feeling a bit under the weather, it might be a good time for supporters to consider buying themselves some club merch.

The collection consists of some really comfortable sportswear and streetwear fashion. Made by PUMA, the range obviously embellished with the club's colours and almost each item has the club's crest on the chest area. The items are a bit middling by Masandwana's fashion standards but nothing overly negative can be really said about them as a bit of subtlety is also appreciated at time.

It is also worth a mention that Sundowns Ladies are also bossing it in the CAF Champions League after back-to-back wins over Nigerian outfit Bayelsa Queens and Egypt's Wadi Degla. The reigning African champions have already put one leg into the semis, with a game  to spare against TP Mazembe on Sunday.
