Cape Town Spurs veteran Michael Morton has named his ultimate 11 of his former teammates, with perhaps a few surprise inclusions.
With his senior professional career having began at Orlando Pirates back in 2008, Morton has played a log list of stars, with some having also played overseas.
The 34-year-old chose former Bafana Bafana captain Senzo Meyiwa in between the sticks, with the two having played together at the Buccaneers on multiple occasions between 2008 and 2011.

Meyiwa tragically passed away in 2014 after fatal shooting, with his murder now in trial. Reacting to the news back in 2014, Morton said: "Can't believe what I'm reading...7 years we spent together in the Pirates development! The funniest, loudest most enthusiastic person," according to EWN.
Morton has gone with the back four of Nazeer Alie at right-back and Tshepo Masilela at left-back, while the central defense is occupied by a pairing of Robyn Johannes and Thulani Hlatshwayo.
The Spurs star also revealed that Alie is by far the best one-on-one defender he has played with, while also noting that Tyson would "run through walls" for his teammates.
At the centre of the park, Morton has gone with a midfield three of retired Bafana Bafana star Dean Furman, Sekhukhune United playmaker Kamohelo Mokotjo, and Thulani Serero.
Thuso Phala and Delron Buckley occupy the two flanks, while SuperSport United talisman Bradley Grobler is his favourite striker to have played with.
