KO Comments

Cassius Mailula, who's exploded onto the scene with Masandawana, missed out of selection in Hugo Broos' 23-man squad for Bafana's upcoming friendlies against Angola and Mozambique.

On the "Broos reveals Mailula dilemma" story, where Hugo Broos explained why the 21-year-old wasn't selected, fans were quick to pounce on the Bafana coach:

"This just doesn't make any sense, the boy is currently the best player in the PSL. If merit was used, he should have been the first player on the list next to Saleng, period," says Mawawa.

"Says a coach who once said 'I believe in youngsters and my mandate is to build a team of young players...' Old man just collect your pension in peace," says Eduardo Dos Santos.

One player who did earn a call-up to Broos' Bafana squad is Miguel Timm and the in-form Pirates midfielder spoke about his excitement for his first Soweto Derby tomorrow.

"Chiefs will lose, they will have no goal scorers. Until we sign strikers, this team will play 0-0 score lines," says Khothakhosi.

Lastly, the "THREE changes made to Buccaneers' Carling Black Label Cup starting line-up" story, readers commented on the inclusions of Siyabonga Mpontshane and Sandile Mthethwa:

"It's your time to shine now Mthethwa, all the best boy... #OnceAlways, says Dirty1 The Buccaneer.

"Mpontshane will concede a long ball into the net again," says Mzizimike25.
