He was only a teenager when he was diagnosed with high blood pressure. His case was rare and everyone around him was shocked as they had never seen someone as young as him being diagnosed with a condition that is normally associated with older people.

Doctors then warned him to stay away from caffeinated drinks. And this sparked a lot of curiosity about the beverage in the then 13-year boy.

Now, because of his condition Mhlengi Ngcobo (26) from Joburg is the owner of a coffee roasting business called Coffee MM that sells coffee online using E-commerce and supplies restaurants and companies with fresh coffee.
