It is a topic that has been talked about even more this year - mental health. As the year draws to the close, more and more people are focused on putting their mental health first in a year that's been filled with job losses, deaths and all around changes.
One person who's never shied away from addressing mental health issues is Lasizwe, real name Thulasizwe Dambuza.
The YouTube sensation and media personality has checked himself into a mental health wellness facility. Sharing the news on his social media, he said he hasn't been fine for a while.

“One thing about me, I am not shy to express how I feel. I have checked myself into a Mental Health Wellness Facility. I haven't been okay for the past months. I have been so depressed. I have decided to fight this by taking a break and dealing with this 1 on 1.”
