It wasn't that long ago that her husband, Khuli Chana, was gushing over her support in his comeback during a sit-down interview with Maps Maponyane on his new show, Mzansi Icons, on Mzansi Magic.

"I'm blessed with a loving woman . . . somebody who gets a kick out of making her man shine. And that's how I grew my confidence back," the rapper revealed to Maps.

And he's got every reason to be grateful.

Her support isn't just limited to her family and friends.

Media personality and businesswoman Lamiez Holworthy took to her socials to share some confidence boosting words to her fans and followers on Instagram.

This comes after she received a DM from “a 20-year-old” who told her that she had “zero confidence”.

“I’m 30 with big legs, big thighs, cellulite, stretch marks, scars and hyperpigmentation with A LOT of confidence and here’s why.

“I don’t subscribe to society’s ideologies on what 'perfect' is.

"I am a real women with real imperfections and still, I think I am perfect just the way I am.

"I’ll be damned if I let social media and society to mess with my head and heart,” Lamiez says.

Industry colleagues including Makhadzi and Lady Du shared the love in her comments section

“Dear women, we need to do better in how we raise our little girls," Lamiez added.

"A lot of self-hate and insecurities come from being body shamed and belittled at home. From being compared to others and even women in magazines and on TV.

“Truth is, even the girl in the magazine doesn’t look like the girl in the magazine. Whilst we can still hide behind filters, editing apps and even surgery – it’s time we had real conversations. I cannot sit back and watch the girl child hate herself for simply being human."
