It's a story with no end it sight.

It started with a controversial interview on the Channel O show, Podcast and Chill with Macgyver "MacG" Mukwevho and Sol Phendula where Molemo “Jub Jub” Maarohanye (41) spoke about his relationships with ex-girlfriend Amanda Du Pont and Kelly Khumalo.

Then Amanda came forward in a video on social media where she alleged that Jub Jub had sexually assaulted her for two years while they were in a relationship.

This was followed by arts and culture spokesperson Masechaba Khumalo also sharing her alleged rape ordeal. She said she was allegedly once raped by Jub Jub at his mother’s house in Naturena.

The Uyajola 99 host has since been suspended by Moja Love pending further investigation.

After the allegations, a voice note from Mama Jackie was circulated where she was questioning the alleged victim's intentions and why they did not report the crimes then.

She is heard defending her son and asking Masechaba to describe the room in which she claims to have been raped and asked Amanda to tell the truth about her relationship with Jub Jub.

“Amanda Du Pont forgot that Molemo helped her get into showbiz. Secondly, how do you stay for two years in a relationship where you are being raped? Why didn't she open a case? When Molemo dumped her, she called me and told me that she is expecting twins. Where are the twins? I want to know where the twins are,” she says in the voice recording.

"She mustn’t act innocent and clean. The sex she was having for two years, she calls the sex she has been having for two-year, rape? Why did she stay (in the relationship), she had parents? Why couldn’t she report to her parents for them to stand up and open a case?”

Now Mama Jackie is going the legal route. In two legal documents that were seen by Drum and sent to Masechaba and Amanda, Mama Jackie’s legal team states that she will be taking legal action against both women if they do not submit a written and a public apology and remove all social media posts.

The document sent to Amanda says, “Ms. Mpambani emphatically denies the allegations leveled against her and denies any involvement in any alleged criminal activity. Ms. Mpambani regards these allegations as reckless, malicious, and defamatory. Ms. Mpambani has already commenced and will be pursuing legal action against both Ms. Amanda Du-Pont and Ms. Masechaba Ndlovu (Khumalo) for the irreparable damage to her reputation.”

They further referred to Amanda’s comment where she accused Jub Jub’s mom of having illegal dealings with Oprah Winfrey as malicious.

BDK Attorneys says, “During the aforementioned post, you alleged that our client was “stifling and sifting money …. with Oprah ….” and further, that our client deals in “muti” and “medicine”."

They accused Amanda of purposely misguiding members of the public by stating and/or implying that their client is a criminal.

“Our client further vehemently denies the very serious allegations of fraud and money laundering, which you allege our client participating in with Oprah Winfrey. Our instructions are that the publishing of the aforementioned video has serious negative consequences for our client in that she is being referred to as a “witch”, which in itself has its own life-threatening repercussions. By implying that our client works with muti, you are effectively laying a death trap for our client as you are, alternatively ought to be aware of the consequences of being labeled a witch, particularly from a South African cultural perspective.”
