It's a post that's puzzled many, but the SIU has remained mum on the issues, after telling News24 that the it won't comment as the matter is still sub judice.
"We cannot comment on the claims as the matter is before the court," SIU spokesperson Kaizer Kganyago told News24 on Thursday.
