Mara Louw is gearing up for the release of her second book this year, which she says will detail the good, bad and the ugly experiences of her life – including being blackballed from the industry.

Her last acting gig was on the now canned The Queen. She seemed to have faded into obscurity after enjoying an illustrious career.

Now, she is ready to share her story with the public. "I'm going to delve into that aspect of my life, why I was blacklisted from the industry, because I don't know why but there are people who've been giving me the heads up about who it could and why," says the former Muvhango actress.
