When someone wants to have a baby, they often become so determined to try any concoction, sex position and follow any diet just to make sure that they conceive. 

While it is good to show initiative in making the process work, experts tell Drum that irrespective of the effort put into the process, there is not a definite guarantee for pregnancy.
