A VW Golf GTI driver and his passenger were bust after they thought it was a good idea to speed off from the cops.
They were arrested in the Netherlands after a wild chase with the cops, reaching speeds of 240km/h.

An officer pulled over the GTI on the highway but instead of stopping, the driver quickly swerved back onto the highway and sped off.
Dashcam footage from the police car shows the cops hitting at least 240 km/h in an attempt to keep up with the VW.
However, the two individuals were stopped and violently pulled from the GTI and taken into custody.
