She confirmed that she did not request any product from African Unity or nominate anyone to act on her behalf to get a funeral policy. The gogo wants this policy to be cancelled and all her money reimbursed.

I spoke to Africa Unity, asking them to cancel the policy.
SOLUTION
Leanne Schreiber, the compliance officer and secretary at Africa Unity Life, said Mpuli from Ubuntu Life confirmed telephonically that the client’s policy was cancelled on their side.
Proof of cancellation was provided by their payments department.
The SunDefender contacted the reader, who is very happy that her problem has been resolved.
