4. Accept the T&Cs and then press ‘Review’. Double check everything before selecting ‘Confirm’.
5. The voucher has been successfully sent, now press ‘Done’.
And finally you might have a love hate relationship with it, but we need electricity as much as South Africa needs the Springboks.
Here are six easy steps on how to buy prepaid electricity:
1. Log in to the app and select the shopping trolley icon with the word ‘Buy’.
2. Press on the ‘Electricity’ option on the next screen. Choose which account you want to purchase the electricity with.
3. Choose ‘Amount’ field and enter the amount in rand value of electricity you wish to purchase. Enter the number to which the SMS will be sent with the voucher number in the ‘Send Voucher To’ field.
4. Enter a valid electricity meter number.
5. The final step is to select the ‘Review’ button and then the ‘Confirm’ icon.
6. A green 'Purchase Successful' notification with the details will appear at the bottom of the screen once complete.
