Ace Magashule’s party, African Congress Transformation (ACT) has threatened to take legal action against ActionSA leader, Herman Mashaba. ACT spokesman, Mohau Khumalo said they want him to stop saying Magashule stole money in Free State.
The party was responding to a post on X from the ActionSA page in which they announced the top 10 most wanted prosecutions. The post included an image of Magashule and it also included other political party leaders such as Jacob Zuma and EFF leader Julius Malema.
While condemning Mashaba, Khumalo said: “The tweet implies that President-General Magashule has been evading justice and if ActionSA were to win the upcoming election they will take legal action against the president-general. This statement is completely false, the president-general has expressed concerns about the delays mostly caused by the NPA (National Prosecuting Authority).”
