Convicted rapist and murderer Thabo Bester and his accomplice Dr Nandipha Magudumana are back in South Africa.
The pair landed at Lanseria Airport from Arusha, Tanzania in the early hours of Thursday, 13 April.
This comes after their arrest over the weekend by the Tanzanian police while they way on their way to Kenya.
They were found with multiple unstamped passports with different names in their possession.
The fugitives were travelling with a third person who is a Mozambican national.
Daily Sun has learnt that Dr Nandipha will be making her first appearance at the Bloemfontein Magistrates Court on Thursday, 13 April.

She may also be facing charges of defeating the ends of justice, aiding and abetting a fugitive, and murder.
Her partner, Bester is also expected to face additional charges relating to his infamous prison escape.
Minister of Police Bheki Cele and Minister of Justice and Correctional Service are expected to update the nation on the progress on the deportation of Bester, who escaped from custody at the Mangaung Correctional Centre in May 2022.
The media briefing comes five days after an official delegation from South Africa comprising senior officials from the Police, Justice and Correctional Services, and Home Affairs, departed for Tanzania to meet with their counterparts and engage in the process required to bring back the fugitive and his accomplice Dr Nandipha.
