LERATO Masipha is finally happy after getting her shack.

The 26-year-old woman from Plot 175 in Kameeldrift, Tshwane, moved into her new one-bedroom shack on Thursday, 30 November 2023.

This was after the EFF leadership in Tshwane intervened on Wednesday, 22 November.

Daily Sun published her story on 17 November under the headline: "Here's a shack, now give me punani"

Lerato said her shack and many others burnt down on 19 September 2023, leaving many people homeless.

The woman alleged that a community leader in the area refused to allow her to live in the shack because he allegedly wanted sex from her to grant her a mkhukhu.
