WILLIAM Phaahlamohlaka (58) from Nellmapius extension 24, Tshwane says he is not happy with the way his RDP house was built.

"This RDP house has left me stressed and powerless. When I first moved in, I was happy and thought that my prayers had been answered. But when it started raining, I realised my shack was better than this RDP which looks beautiful from a distance," he said.
