TSHWANE Metro Police Department (TMPD) officers arrested three suspects in Soshanguve for dealing drugs and other crimes.
The operation, regarding drug dealing in the area, was conducted on Thursday, 21 July.
TMPD spokesman Isaac Mahamba said one suspect was arrested for possession of and dealing drugs in Block L.
“He was found with more than 800 sachets of crystal meth and cocaine. In Block KK, one suspect was arrested for possession of stolen property and drugs,” Mahamba said in a statement.
He added that the suspect was also in possession of suspected stolen cellphones, laptops, routers and driving licences as well as crystal meth.
“The third suspect was arrested in Block FF for possession and dealing in drugs. He was found in possession of 60 sachets of cocaine,” Mahamba said.
All suspects will appear in various courts in Tshwane soon.
